The Differential Maneuvering Simulator consists of two 40-foot domes with cockpits located at their centers. The DMS was primarily used for studies involving fighter aircraft. The domes allowed for the evaluation of the handling characteristics of fighter aircraft to be performed against other aircraft.
This simulator has been retired and is in the process of being demolished. The space the domes resided in will be utilized for several exciting new simulation activities – this page will be updated to show the new capabilities as they come online.
